How Mama Got Her Groove Back
Hey hot Mama! I see you!
I see all that you do day after day to make your family and your home safe, happy, and whole. You go from taxi driver, to cleaner, to doctor, to chef, and teacher all in one day. You do it, and you do it well. But what about you? How are YOU doing? It might seem like a long time ago when you felt in your groove. The groove of you, doing your thing, and feeling amazing. Where’s the energy for YOU after you have conquered the day?
Enter... “How MAMA got her groove back”!
21 days to intentionally create more fun, connection, in balance in motherhood. Motherhood might be one of our favorite things, but it’s not the only thing.
Feeling a little frazzled, lost, or in a funk? Yeah, I’ve been there and I’m going to dedicate the next 21 days to making sure you don’t stay there.
Research shows that it takes 21 days to establish a new habit. I want to make sure that you, taking care of you, is a habit and is non-negotiable. Listen...you’re doing all that you do with good intentions. BUT, you gotta make sure mama is happy and fulfilled so she can then give to others. You cannot pour from an empty cup, so each day we will intentionally fill our cups.
Give yourself the next 21 days to bring YOU back into the equation of your day, your life, your future. #momsarepeopletoo

Why is this important?
Being a mom is a tough job. There is a lot at stake, but we should also enjoy every day.
It doesn’t matter how many people I coach, teach, or inspire. When I feel like I’m failing as a mom, everything goes to pot...I crumble. When I have my mom life in order, I feel invincible. You can too!
What will YOU do?
Each day you’ll have a few calls to action.
1. Physically. Get movin’ and groovin’. Each day in our group you’ll report how you’re thanking your body by moving your body. This group is going to be the biggest group of cheerleaders you’ve ever come across. This can be a walk, hike, yoga, dance, cardio, zumba, HIIT, crossfit...you name it. The goal is to make sure you get those natural endorphins, those natural happy drugs flowing in your body to give you more fuel for your day.
2. Mentally. Each day you’ll do something for your mental health. This could be writing in your gratitude journal, waking up 15 minutes before the family to think, breathe, be. This can also look like meditation, stretching, or listening to an empowering podcast.
3. Socially. Each day in our 21 day challenge you’ll do something to connect with other humans. YAY! Motherhood can feel lonely and we need to be proactive to bring positive relationships into our lives. This can be a group exercise class, a facetime call with someone who uplifts and motivates you, or lunch with a friend. Or how about all three at once. A facetime call with another mom who’s uplifting while you eat something delicious? Perfect!
The next 21 days will ignite your love of life and with that extra added support, community, happiness and energy you’ll be able to take more time for you, your gifts, your talents, your hopes and your dreams.
